of her jewelry. She has been selling her wearable art from her
current location for 38years. She feels confident that anything
you select from her will bring you pleasure and satisfaction for
many years. Etta is the sole creator of her one of a kind jewelry
and stands behind every piece. Etta will, at no charge, repair
her jewelry provided it has not been subjected to liquid cleaners
or abnormally harsh use (indicated by scratches or gouges and/or
abrasions etc.) for one year.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Your visit to Jewelry by Etta and access to its website and its
services are governed by the following conditions. Any person
that shops from Jewelry by Etta or visits the jewelrybyetta.com
website accepts these conditions.
RETURNS
We are certain you will be completely delighted with your selections
from Jewelry by Etta. However, if you are not satisfied you may
return your unworn purchase in its original condition for a merchandise
credit. Your shipment must be postmarked within seven days of
the receipt date. Shipping fees and insurance are not refundable.
If the product tag is removed, the item is not returnable. Please

for an explanation of these terms.
SHIPPING
Items ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping and
handling costs are based on item cost and includes insurance:
$0 .01 - $500: $12.00
$500.01-$1000: $20.00
1000.01 and up: $25.00
All merchandise leaves the store in perfect condition. If you
have any problems with its arrival condition, please contact the
shipper the US Postal Service.
